We are excited to announce the addition of Moontime BBQ to our vendor lineup at Ice Cream Fest! Moontime BBQ, based in Crystal Lake, IL, is renowned for its wood-fired barbecue, featuring Black Angus beef brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, smoked beef tenderloin, and premium St. Louis ribs. Their meats are smoked using a blend of hickory, oak, and cherry woods in custom pits. They will be smoking a special collaboration with My Cocina Grill for the fest this year.
